The location in the Triangle area of North Carolina was favorable. It was convenient being next door to the airport and car rental services. The shuttle service from the airport was enjoyable. The lobby featured a bar, which was a nice touch.

Yes the eggs were fluffy as if made them myself at home. Service was great and the bed was super comfortable.

The assistant manager did not return my call of Monday 9 May re a parking/shuttle issue. the wrong hotel shuttle was sent for me - the right hotel had no record of my car. If satisfaction guaranteed, I want a parking refund

Everything was wonderful from the moment we drove up to the day we checked out. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room itself was amazing. The view was on point, the bed was so comfortable, the overall ambiance made the trip worthwhile. You felt like a king. The indoor pool was a plus and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There's no doubt that I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, close to the airport (free shuttle to and from the airport), very nice helpful staff, gym & pool (small but at least it exists), fridge and microwave in the room, several snacks, drinks, & wine available in the lobby.

The restaurant/bar in the lobby is not open all day. Location is super close to the airport but about 15mins or so away from the city life.

The bed was very comfy, room clean & modern. The steak diner (room service) was delish

The shuttle didn't run early enough to get to early flight home. Had to be leave hotel @ 4am & had to hire taxi to pickup ($12 charge) as shuttle didn't start to run until later.

The Grill & bar area opened at 5PM on the weekends. I had to drive 8 miles for a restaurant to eat lunch on Sunday (Apr 24)

They charged my card almost double what I booked the room for

The piece and quiet and the staff. The rate was awesome and the pictures online told the truth about the facility. I would recommend this a place to stay every time for anyone. Business or personal along with family time. Extra clean 110% . Extremely nice facility and we'll maintained. Excellent staff and we'll trained.
